trouble with urtwn

Just to close the loop, the bug was mine.  In the Crochet-FreeBSD
configuration I had /boot/loader.conf, and it was properly configured.
 Unfortunately I didn't have a /boot/loader.rc, so loader.conf was never
loaded.
