Ok, I'll start adding some more debugging to iwn(4) in HEAD and let you know
when I'm ready to debug this.

If I forget / move onto something else, here's what I'm going to look at (in
order):

* RXON config - antennas, MIMO, etc;
* TX config - link quality setup, PLCP antenna config;

There's other mismatches I've found in the way the antennas are setup and ..
well, it's still a mess. Sigh.
