ath not working after a motherboard and ram upgrade

So far so good.  I found this patch, 
http://people.freebsd.org/~delphij/for_review/bce-dma.diff that changes 
a lot.  It's a few years old.  I can't seem to find where it's actually 
used instead of passed except for arm and mips, but I'm probably missing it.
