Would net80211 support Wi-Fi Direct in future?

Hi,

        Now, I am using net80211 for Atheros' chips. After reviewing the
codes in FreeBsd v9, It seems net80211 does not support Wi-Fi Direct. Would
net80211 support Wi-Fi Direct in future?

        If so, Did you have the release schedule?
