AR9227 hostap on FreeBSD 10-current

It says HT40, so it's 11n.

Do 'ifconfig wlan0 list sta', see what speeds the stations are at.

Do 'sysctl dev.ath.0.sample_stats=1' and check dmesg, see whether it's
TXing using MCS or legacy rates.
