Seems, that fix is totally absent on FreeBSD 12.2-STABLE. I have download
FreeBSD 13.0 RC2 and it works in Gen2 as expected - detected and by MSI-X
interrupts. But SR-IOV still did not work at all even in latest FeeBSD 13.0
RC2.

P.S.
Several years of waiting, but still have to use newest version of pfSense 2.5.0
(based on FreeBSD 12.2-STABLE) in Gen1 VMs with degraded performance of
ethernet cards even in PCIe Passhtrough mode...
