I am hitting this panic often while creating VMs on Azure with Mellanox VFs on
larger size VMs. Even with adding one second sleep as Wei Hu mentioned, though
the frequency has reduced still hit the panic. The stack trace is exactly same
as the one given in the earlier comment.
