Update to the sysutils/uefi-edk2-bhyve and related ports

Hi Rebecca,

thanks for providing the binaries!

I'm not shure how to use this correctly:

BHYVE_VARS.fd is for the persistent vars.

But what is the BHYVE_CODE.fd for?

How is this passed to bhyveload?
