Thanks - great work :)

I'll split this out into 2 parts. The first will be support for the qemu
extended key event message, since this requires no documentation, and can
provide a solution today for those willing to use TigerVNC (and it will also
provide some impetus to fix the perf issues with TigerVNC). I'll put up a
review for this shortly.

The second will be adding support for the translation-table file.
