A few questions:

1. Have you seen this recently?

2. Have you seen this on FreeBSD 12.1 or 13.0?

3. Have you tried AMD instances, and if yes has this problem appeared there?

4. Can you reproduce this reasonably quickly (say, by running an instance for a
day or two)?
