  - Reuse vq_getchain() to handle various negotiated features (TSO, MRG_RXBUF, INDIRECT descriptors).
  - Add two helper functions vq_get_mrgrx_bufs() and vq_relchain_mrgrx() and move it to virtio.[ch]
