Thats interesting, as I did the same thing I thought (built from 11.1, upgraded
to 11.2) and go the panic.

How did you do your upgrade ? I built mine from source, did you use the binary
upgrades ?

I don't have time to try this again today, but might get a chance tomorrow.
Will try a binary upgrade to 11.2 if thats what you did, and if that works will
then try a recompile from the source.
