Booting Solaris 11.3 (was Re: Booting r298488 as Xen Dom0 may break ZFS pool?)

So, I tried it again ... it just quietly rebooted. No panic. 
During the boot I got the well-known

ZFS: i/o error - all block copies unavailable
ZFS: i/o error - all block copies unavailable
ZFS: i/o error - all block copies unavailable

Can't find /boot/zfsloader

...
