Gen2 VM is not supported for FreeBSD guest yet. Could you please share me why do you need this feature to help us prioritize it? Thank you.

Ok, more info about FreeBSD 10.2 RC3 relase under Hyper-V:

a) Generation2 VM doesn't works (I assume that it is expected) in Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 10 Hyper-V hosts (both fully patched)
b) PF rules doesn't works when freebsd runs as a virtual firewall under Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 10 Hyper-V hosts (both fully patched).

At this point, any idea how goes wrong??

Thanks.
