[GSOC] Instruction caching for bhyve

Hi,

My name is Mihai Carabas and I'm a first year student at PhD in
University POLITEHNICA from Bucharest, Romania. After some discussions
with Neel Natu about choosing a bhyve project, I came with a GSOC
proposal for the project "Instruction caching for bhyve" which is
publicly available here [1]. Any feedback on the proposal would be
great.
