Good morning,

I am having an issue with bhyve on my 10-STABLE amd64 system.

When running the following:

/usr/sbin/bhyveload -m 1 -d /var/lib/libvirt/images/FreeBSD-10.1-RELEASE-amd64-disc1.iso bhyve
/usr/sbin/bhyve -c 1 -m 1 -A -I -H -P -s 0:0,hostbridge -s 2:0,virtio-net,tap0,mac=52:54:00:dc:cd:c5 -s 4:0,ahci-cd,/var/lib/libvirt/images/FreeBSD-10.1-RELEASE-amd64-disc1.iso -s 3:0,ahci-hd,/var/lib/libvirt/images/bhyve_freebsd.img -Y bhyve

I recieve the following:

/tmp/bhyve.1f9VBHc 84: Name (PPRT, Package ()
Remark 2095 - Effective AML package length is zero ^

vm exit[0]

	status 0
	exit_reason	48
	qualification	0x0000000000000184
	inst_type 0
	inst_error 0

When inserted into gdb I see the following output from bt:

#0 0x000000080110a6ca in thr_kill () from /lib/libc.so.7
#1 0x00000008011df149 in abort () from /lib/libc.so.7

#5 0x0000000000000000 in ?? ()

I am happy to debug this further if needed. Any other advice would be appreciated.

I am offlist, so please include me in replies.

Note the -Y is due to mptable errors when I run without it. "mptable requires mapped mem".
