petitecloud.org first draft complete

 We have added content to petitecloud.org so that there are no blank
pages.
The primary changes are:

        * Adding "Home" page content
        * Adding "About" page content
        * Removal of "Community" link on navBar (until we add an email list
later)
        * Updated the download links to make 0.1.1 the default download
