very rough draft of handbook entry for bhyve

An updated version of a draft of proposed additions to the FreeBSD
handbook, posted here earlier by Aryeh Friedman, is here:

The draft is still very incomplete but has been reorganized to show
exactly where various parts of it should go in the relevant section
of the FreeBSD handbook.  We'll be fleshing it out over the next
couple of days.

In the meantime, we would appreciate comments on the content so far,
to ensure that what we've written is accurate.
