I found myself trying to see what is going on (given sometimes it does happen
to me on x86 when I plug in/unplug USB[-C] hubs and USB devices.

By the time it started turning logging on is possibly too late.

So I started to log the two values based on which this log message is printed; 
I just opened a review at https://reviews.freebsd.org/D27108 for everyone who
wants to add it to their self-compiled kernel.
