I wish I had a spare machine to ship off to you; however, I don't. I still find
it hard to believe that this bug was not caught during the initial beta testing
of version 12.x. I did contact Dell again, and they insisted the problem is
with FreeBSD. They have not had a single report of a failure like this with
another OS. That is probably true. Even FreeBSD 11.x works fine.
