ugen and devd

Hello,

I'm playing with the built-in camera of my laptop.

Using usbconfig, if I issue a power_off and then a power_on on the
device, I don't have any ugen device attached.

Is it normal?

When I boot the laptop ugen6.2 is attached and works fine with webcamd.
