usb/107642: [patch]Ralink Technology RT2501USB/RT2601USB chipset driver

I have a TP-LINK WN321G adapter that is working fine with this driver (on
6.2-X), excepting a problem: if i leave the box with no network transaction
for a few minutes, the interface will change to "no carrier" status until i
run "ifconfig/dhclient" manually.
