Hello,
I've also seen this behavior on a 5.4-p6 system, i had to downgrade the
controllers from usb2 to usb 1.1 by removing ehci from my kernel and
recompiling. This is frustrating. Another aspect, if i had a usb device, an
external hard disk plugged in on boot up, ehci still in the kernel, the
system would boot panic.
Dave.
