Automatic Translations

Hi, just a heads up.

We have made progress with 'Weblate Automatic Translation' feature and
this will automate 'Translation based on Automatic Suggestions' [1].

The first round consists in translating/copying translations from the
former project into the new one.

Source strings that match 100% similarity will be copied to the new
project, these strings will be marked as translated.

This is already happening for a week, status:
  pt_BR - ok
  es - ok
  zh_CN - ok
  zh_TW - executing
  nl_NL -
  fr_FR -
  de_DE -
  it_IT -
  nb_NO -
  fa -
  tr_TR -

After that we will execute a second round that will find source strings
that match between 80% to 99% similarity, these strings will be marked
as 'fuzzy' or 'needs editing' and will be waiting for review.

Hope that help and speed the process for language teams that already
translated a lot of things.

The second round wasn't executed together with the first because this
feature is not present on Weblate right now, it will be pushed into the
next release. [2]

For those who want to see/follow the automatic translation, look here
