About RTL (Right-to-left) languages

Hi.

We've just changed docbook.css [1] globally in the docs tree to improve
RTL renderization.

Now the <screen> and <programlisting> tags will be always ltr and align
to the left, because they usually have pieces of code and commands.

That will lock <screen> and <programlisting>, and RTL settings won't
change it anymore.

@Farsi/Persian team (fa_IR), the sample document that you translated
(articles/ipsec-must) [2] is ok right now on our Jenkins.

I know you are translating the Handbook [3], if you find other errors,
please, let us know.

At this point, you can submit formally the articles/ipsec-must
translation with the addition of the new language to the FreeBSD as
well.

If you need some help, let us know.

Regards.
