Help finding the last translated rev. number

Several projects use a revtag inside the document like the dutch one: Gebaseerd op: <rev> and the german: Bassiert auf: <rev>, or something like that :-)
That means a local language thing per project. Its on the first 10 lines of a document.
The PO translations like I am working on for the dutch project no longer uses revs for that matter..
