There isn't much use in updating LLVM to 11.1.0, as this version only
fixes an LLVM ABI issue that is not important for us.

I am currently working on updating LLVM to 12.0.0 (and later 12.0.1 when
it comes out), but this will first land in FreeBSD 14. And maybe it will
be in 13.1.
