  - Doesn't build with Clang 6

  errors.cc:14:42: error: invalid suffix on literal; C++11 requires a space
between
        literal and identifier [-Wreserved-user-defined-literal]

  - nm crashes during the build on FreeBSD >= 11.1.  Use binutils
    from ports as a workaround. [1]
