question about PR = 101323 in PR Database

If this bug still exists, then how to recreate the bug, that is, how to get
this error message :

Fatal error 'mutex is on list' at line 540 in file
/usr/src/lib/libpthread/thread/thr_mutex.c (errno = 0)
