[PATCH] Increase default stack sizes for libc_r and libthr

Here are patches to -CURRENT to increase default and initial thread
stack sizes to those now in libpthread.  All work was adapted from the
libpthread changes, and compile and link tested.  May I commit, or would
you guys like to do it?  Thanks.
