where is mutexattr_setpshared()?

I find it at pthread.h( cvs version 1.20)
But now, it is not there.

then how can I set the mutex with PTHREAD_PROCESS_SHARED??

use pthread_rwlockattr_setpshared(pthread_rwlockattr_t *, int) ?????????

my box is 4.8R
