print/texlive-base must replace print/t1utils

print/texlive-base installs all files from print/t1utils but the man
pages. There should be CONFLICTS.

For TEX_DEFAULT=texlive, print/texlive-base should replace print/t1utils
as a dependency in all ports (not to break for example  print/lilypond
and print/mftrace, which install both).
