Either that or buy consumer grade SSDs, RAM, and CPUs, and have someone install them in the Jenkins cluster. My Lenovo C30/D20 workstations have little to no issues with handling similar workloads, and FWIW Isilon OneFS runs more memory/CPU intensive processes in the DEBUG VMs than FreeBSD does on GENERIC systems.
