Well, contrib/atf/atf-c++/detail/application.cpp has:
#if !defined(HAVE_VSNPRINTF_IN_STD)
namespace std {
using ::vsnprintf;
}
#endif // !defined(HAVE_VSNPRINTF_IN_STD)
so it sort of hacks around it anyway. :-)
