Man page rename

Rename man pages in the style of Tcl packages, so as to avoid a conflict with
open-motif:

pkg-static: nx-2.1.0 conflicts with open-motif-2.3.7 (installs files into the
same place). Problematic file: /usr/local/man/man3/Object.3.gz

Also, remove obsolete CONFLICTS setting.
