That's very surprising. I have tried on a fresh 10.0-RELEASE-p11 jail
and it works as expected. I'm on amd64 but I don't see why this could
matter. Do you have any custom tclsh.conf? Can you try to reinstall
tcl-wrapper and tcl86?
