Lens with Tcl/Tk 8.4

I just spent some time investigating what it will take to upgrade to 8.4
or later.
It looks like extensive code modification is going to be needed, and
given that no new version of LENS has been released in at least 5 years,
I'd say it's time to just drop the port.
I'll be happy to resurrect it if the developer takes a renewed interest.
