Can you guys tell what we should do to change PTHREAD_STACK_MIN in
<pthread.h> from hardcoded 1024 to MINSIGSTKSZ?

Hmm, I guess we'd have to define _X_OPEN_SOURCE in order
to see that.  I'll CC standards to see what they say.
