FreeBSD 10.3 slow boot on Supermicro X11SSW-F

If there will not be 10.4 Release, there is nothing to fix, because 11.0 
works, I know...

But still - is this something already known and fixed in 11 loader or is 
it something fixed by coincidence?
Can it be covered by some regression test?
