vi loop when resizing window

Forgot to add that when I ran vi under gdb and resized the window it failed
with:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
I haven't had a chance to do anymore with this yet. Trying to determine if
it's a fundamental problem or something in my environment at this point.
Also, this is with upgraded ports from the same time period as the system
update.
