Mouse does not work with new Xorg, works with old Xorg (9.3-STABLE)

USB mices automatically start moused(8) by default. Add the following
line to your /etc/rc.conf:
moused_nondefault_enable="NO"

The moused_enable knob has no effect in this case.

This may fix your issues with new_xorg packages.
