Mouse does not work with new Xorg, works with old Xorg (9.3-STABLE)

What if you add new section, like this one:

Section "Server Flags"
	Option "DontZap" "off"
	Option "AutoAddDevices" "false"
EndSection

I recall having problem with a mouse, without.
