UEFI bios, problem installing freebsd but not pc-bsd

I recall this issue on lenovo laptop and branch 9.
Not details, but it ended I had to manualy make
partitions first. I was sure it was installed even
with default, but it could not boot. However, the
method works and I have this laptop happy with
freebsd on it.
