Note: the workaround I've used in head is http://svnweb.freebsd.org/changeset/base/250616 .  This simply does -DCLOCK_PROCESS_CPUTIME_ID=15 on the command line of lib/Support/Process.cpp, which is ugly, but works fine, unless somebody changes the define again. :-)
