AHCI Patsburg SATA controller and slow transfer speed

Greetings all. I'm on FreeBSD 9.1-STABLE #0 r251391M. I'm noticing two 
of my SATA disks are at half speed. Is this normal or is there some 
configuration I'm forgetting?
