Some new hardware with 9.1 does not reboot easily

With that sysctl set the box shuts down just fine. Thanks!

I only have an USB thumb drive and a USB soundcard attached. I tried it without the soundcard attached and would still not reset/shutdown, so that does not seem to be the problem.
I attached usbconfig list output.
