CAM status: CCB request completed with an error

I did go from 9 pre to 10, and had a lot of those messages also.
I needed to rebuild some ports like hal, smartmontools and other ports to
notice the changes made to the cam subsystem.
Maybe some of it got backported to 9 as well and you need to rebuild them
also.
