RELENG_9 build error

Actually, I had done that. The correct solution was to rebuild and
install yacc first (as suggested by Herbert), as I was running

FreeBSD 9.2-PRERELEASE #0 r254663

So the bogus yacc was installed and I needed to clobber that.
