Strange sendmail behaviour after upgrade to 9.1-BETA2

I tried, but it didn't work.
# grep ip /etc/rc.conf
ipv6_activate_all_interfaces="NO"
ipv6_network_interfaces="none"
ip6addrctl_enable="NO"
ip6addrctl_policy="ipv4_prefer"
# ip6addrctl show
no source-address-selection policy is installed

Or I did it wrong?
