[stable-9] Touchpad mouse stopped working

Just a me too from my perspective.  I'm currently trying to rebuild
ports/x11-drivers/xf86-input-[mouse|keyboard] as that seems to have
failed to have been rebuilt properly during a recent portupgrade.
